HCA Coating are fully equipped for industrial powder coating, as well as architectural, defence, transportation, automotive, electronics and other specialist applications. We also have experience in lesser known coatings including Anti-Bacterial, Nylon, Super Durable, Easy Clean, Metallic and many more.

We understand that our customers sometimes need advice on the right type of coating system to use on their products. Industrial coating can be a complicated process and the wrong pre-treatment or finish can potentially render the product worthless or leave you vulnerable to compensation claims.

HCA offer full Pre-Treatment Facilities which include:

Stock Range Colours

We carry a vast stock of standard colours and because of our close relationships with coatings manufactures, we can source those that we don’t stock within a day. These include all RAL and BS colours in every gloss level. Non-standard and house shades as well as NCS and Pantone colours can be made to order within a week in most cases.

Production Facility and Plant

Our production facility is 26,000 sq feet and is based in Andover, Hampshire. We operate a fleet of vehicles including two 7.5 tonne 6.2 metre curtain side lorries, a long wheel base Transit van and numerous other small vehicles.

HCA have six gas fired production lines, each with shuttle conveyer systems.

• 1 off 7m x 2.5 x 2 with 1 tonne capacity.
• 4 off 4.5m x 2m x 2M with 1 tonne capacity.
• 1 off 3m x 2m x 2m with 1 tonne capacity.

All ovens are grant recorded independently every six months.
