- Our production facility is 8600 sp feet.
- Fleet vehicles include a 7.5 tonne 6.5 metre curtain side lorry and a 4.5 metre curtain side van.

- HCA Coating Ltd offer full pre-treatment facilities.
- Iron Phosphating for ferrous materials.
- Full Chromate Conversion (specifically for Aluminium) using an environmental alternative to Alochrome 1000 & 1200 which offers the same results without the environmental issues.

Four production lines all gas convected with shuttle conveyer system
- 1 off 7 metre x 2.5 meter x 2 metre with 1.5 tonne capacity
- 2 off 4.5 metre x 2 metre x 2 metre with 1.5 tonne capacity
- 1 off 3.1 metre x 2 metre x 2 metre with 1.5 tonne capacity
All the ovens are new and commissioned on January 2005 and have a maximum temperature of 250 degrees.
