Below is an example of how we can project manage jobs, tailoring our services to meet the clients' needs.

Customer PSS.

HCA Coating Ltd were asked to quote for the powder coating of some pallet racking that was going to be used at the Materials Handling exhibition at the Birmingham NEC. At the initial point of quotation HCA were asked if we could collect some of the racking powdercoat it and then deliver to the NEC at a specific time and date to allow for the racking to be installed for the exhibition.

HCA agreed the price for the work and also agreed the leadtime . At this point PSS asked if HCA could manage the materials being supplied form the sheetmetal workers and fabricators who were all located in different parts of the UK. HCA agreed to undertake the project management for this contract and were then supplied with the names and contacts for the five subcontractors who were manufacturing the product for painting.

HCA then contacted all of the sub-contractors to establish their production leadtime which in turn allowed HCA to programme the powder coating through our production facility. At this point HCA established any possible issues with late deliveries from any of the suppliers which might impact the required on site delivery date. On this occasion there were no issues. This allowed HCA to deliver on site on the correct date at the required time and achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction.
